Use of the site

The content is intended for information and for use of the services we provide on the site (browsing restaurants, requesting quotes, contacting us). We aim to keep all information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all details — such as opening hours, prices, availability or allergens — are always accurate. We recommend confirming critical details directly with the restaurant.

Ordering and online store

Online orders are processed through our online store partner Wolt Oy (Business ID 2646674-9, wolt.com). Wolt's own terms and privacy policy apply to orders placed through the online store. Sotto Pizzeria is responsible for food quality and content, while Wolt Oy is responsible for delivery and payment processing.

Restaurant-specific orders (e.g. group orders) are placed directly with the restaurant or via our group inquiry form.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided ”as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or direct damages resulting from use of the site or inability to use it. Our liability is in all cases limited to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property

All site content — images, text, brand elements and logos — is the property of Sotto Pizzeria Oy or its partners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. The content may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without written permission, unless otherwise stated.

Links to external sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. Wolt, Instagram, Mailchimp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, consumer customers may bring the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi). Other disputes are resolved at the Helsinki District Court.
