How far in advance should I request a quote?
We recommend submitting a quote request at least one week in advance, especially for larger groups. For smaller orders we can respond faster — send a message and we'll confirm availability.Can I notify about allergies in advance?
Yes — include allergy information in the quote request form or in the message field. We have options including gluten-free base (+€4) and lactose-free mozzarella (+€1).Can I cancel an order?
A confirmed order can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made after that are charged at 50% of the total.How is payment handled?
For private customers we send an advance invoice that's paid before the event. For business customers we send an electronic invoice after the event (please provide your business ID with the quote request).Do you deliver to our location?
Take-away is available from all our restaurants. For larger orders we can arrange delivery separately — ask for details in the quote request.
