We're looking for an entrepreneur who…

  • You have business or management experience — restaurant industry is a plus but not required.
  • You have €60,000–100,000 in starting capital for equipment, rent, and marketing.
  • You're ready to commit full-time as an owner-operator — not a passive investor.
  • You know the area you plan to operate in and can recruit a committed local team.

How it works

  1. 1. Get in touch

    Submit the form at sotto.fi/en/franchise. We'll get back to you within 5 business days for an initial discussion.

  2. 2. Meeting

    We meet in person at our HQ. We walk you through the concept, the financial model, and your potential location.

  3. 3. Business plan

    We create a business plan together and evaluate your chosen location. We sign the franchise agreement.

  4. 4. Opening

    We support you in space planning, equipment procurement, staff training, and marketing for the opening.
