🍕 Ordering & online store
Where can I order Sotto pizza?
You can order delivery or takeaway from our online store at sotto.fi/tilaa. First select your nearest restaurant, then choose takeaway or home delivery.
How do I order from Sotto?
Orders are handled by the online store — you can order most easily from our restaurant pages (/ravintolat) by clicking the 'Order now' button. You can order for pickup or delivery (if the restaurant offers it).
Is there a minimum order?
Home delivery has a minimum order that varies by restaurant — typically around €15-20. There's no minimum for takeaway.
Can I order directly from the restaurant?
Yes — you can always call or visit in person. Online ordering through our web shop is usually fastest and works contactlessly.
Can I pay with a lunch benefit voucher (Edenred etc.)?
Yes when dining in the restaurant — most lunch benefit vouchers are accepted (Edenred, Smartum, ePassi). Online via Wolt doesn't currently support lunch benefits.
Until what time do you accept orders?
We accept orders during restaurant opening hours. Exact opening hours can be found on each restaurant's page. The online store typically closes about 30 minutes before the restaurant closes.
🌾 Allergens & diets
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes — we offer a gluten-free base for most pizzas at an extra cost (+€4). Please note that gluten is handled in our kitchen, so we cannot guarantee a fully gluten-free result for severe allergies.
Do you offer gluten-free pizza?
Yes — gluten-free base is available for most pizzas for an additional €4. We prepare gluten-free products separately, but we don't have a dedicated gluten-free area — absolute contamination-free cannot be guaranteed.
Do you have vegan pizzas?
Yes — we have several vegan pizzas on the menu, and many others can be made vegan with vegan cheese. Vegan items are marked (V) in the menu.
Is there a lactose-free option?
Yes — lactose-free mozzarella is available for an additional €1.
Where can I find all allergens?
Every product has allergens listed on sotto.fi/menu. Click a pizza to see complete nutritional info. If you have a rare allergy, please call the restaurant before ordering.
Do you offer vegan pizza?
We offer several vegan pizza options on our menu — look for the 'Vegan' badge. We can also make many pizzas vegan by swapping mozzarella for a vegan alternative.
Where can I see the allergens?
Each pizza on the menu has a list of allergens. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to ask our staff — we're happy to help.

Where are Sotto restaurants located?
We have restaurants in Helsinki (Käpylä, Munkkiniemi, Sompasaari), Vantaa (Tikkurila), Tampere, Turku, Porvoo, and more locations are opening soon. See all restaurants at sotto.fi/en/restaurants.
Where is the nearest Sotto?
On the homepage, you'll find a restaurant selector that shows the nearest locations based on your location (sharing location is optional). All our restaurants are listed on the /restaurants page.
What are your opening hours?
Opening hours vary by location, but most restaurants are open Mon-Fri 11am-10pm, Sat-Sun 12pm-10pm. See exact hours on each restaurant's page.
Do restaurants have different opening hours on holidays?
Yes — for example, on Christmas and May Day, hours may be reduced. Always check the restaurant's own page, special hours are updated there.
Can I make a table reservation?
Group reservations (parties of 8+) can be made via the form at sotto.fi/en/groups. Smaller parties are typically welcomed without reservation — drop-in style.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes — Sotto gift cards are available directly at our restaurants. Stop by your nearest Sotto and ask the staff. Gift cards are not yet sold online.
🎉 Groups & celebrations
Can I book Sotto for large groups?
Yes — we have three pre-set group packages (Classic, Combo, Premium) you can choose from. Fill out the form at sotto.fi/en/groups and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
Can I order pizza for a large group?
Absolutely! We offer ready-made group packages: Classic (€10/person), Combo (€12/person, incl. soft drink) and Premium (€14/person, incl. beer, dine-in only). Request a quote at /ryhmille.
What's the minimum group size?
Our group packages work for parties of 8-50 people. Smaller groups can come without reservation. For parties over 50, please contact us separately.
How far in advance should a group order be placed?
We recommend one week in advance, especially for large groups. We can respond faster to smaller orders. For custom pizzas, we need 7 days.
💼 Business customers
Do you offer business catering?
Yes — we offer customized packages for business meetings and events. Contact info@sotto.fi or fill out the form at sotto.fi/en/groups.
Can a company receive an invoice?
Yes — for corporate clients, we provide an e-invoice after group orders. Please provide your business ID in the quote request.
Can I rent Sotto for a private event?
In some of our restaurants you can book a private area or the entire venue. Contact info@sotto.fi or call the restaurant you'd like to book.
Can a company set up an ongoing agreement?
Possible — for example, regular team lunches or weekly group orders. Contact info@sotto.fi and we'll tailor an agreement.

Is it possible to open a Sotto franchise?

Can I buy a Sotto gift card?
Gift cards are currently in development. We'll update this page as soon as they're available.
What does Neapolitan pizza mean?
Neapolitan pizza is a traditional Italian pizza style originating from Naples. It's characterized by 48-72 hour fermented dough, a thin center with a thicker crust (cornicione), and baking at 450-485°C for about 60-90 seconds. Sotto uses these traditional methods in every restaurant.
