Yes — gluten-free base is available for most pizzas for an additional €4. We prepare gluten-free products separately, but we don't have a dedicated gluten-free area — absolute contamination-free cannot be guaranteed.
Yes — lactose-free mozzarella is available for an additional €1.
Yes! All vegetarian pizzas can be made vegan. Dips are also vegan and we have Jymy’s vegan pistachio icecream.
Each pizza on the menu has a list of allergens. If you're unsure about anything, feel free to ask our staff — we're happy to help.
Yes — for corporate clients, we provide an e-invoice for group orders. Please provide your business ID in the quote request.
Possible — for example, regular team lunches or weekly group orders. Contact ryhmat@sotto.fi and we'll tailor an agreement.

Absolutely! We offer ready-made group packages: Classic (€10/person), Combo (€12/person, incl. soft drink) and Premium (€14/person, incl. beer, dine-in only). Request a quote at /ryhmille.
We recommend one week in advance, especially for large groups. We can respond faster to smaller orders. For custom pizzas, we need 7 days.
Orders are handled by the online store — you can order most easily from our restaurant pages by clicking the 'Order now' button. You can order for pickup or delivery (if the restaurant offers it).
Yes — you can always call or visit in person. Online ordering through our web shop is usually fastest and works contactlessly.
We accept orders during restaurant opening hours. Exact opening hours can be found on each restaurant's page. The online store typically closes about 30 minutes before the restaurant closes.
We only collect the information you provide in forms (e.g., name, email, message). A detailed description can be found in our privacy policy.

On the homepage, you'll find a restaurant selector that shows the nearest locations based on your location (sharing location is optional). All our restaurants are listed on the Restaurants page.
Yes — for example, on Christmas and May Day, hours may be reduced. Always check the restaurant's own page, special hours are updated there.
Yes — Sotto gift cards are available directly at our restaurants. Stop by your nearest Sotto and ask the staff. Gift cards are not yet sold online.
